I'm currently searching for a free host which can support rbs + php format and doesn't need to upload through FTP. So just bear with it for a longer bc most free hosting doesnt support both x:.

Download radioblog and unzip it. The instructions on how to convert the song file into *rbs format should be in there.

Then download ftp, either version should be fine {i think x:}.
After installing FTP open it and you should see the bar with login, pw etc.

Login then click on www > radio.blog > sounds and upload in the "sounds" folder. There should be a sample song there x:
